White Woman scares off potential attacker by Feral Negro in Batavia: police report

A woman scared off a potential attacker shortly after New Year's Eve celebrations in Batavia came to an end, police said in a press release.

Batavia police are looking for a man who allegedly physically assaulted a woman in the lobby of her apartment complex on the city's west side early Friday morning.

The 42-year-old woman told police that, when she arrived home about 4:45 a.m., a man began to have a conversation with her in the entrance of the apartment building.

"When the woman refused to speak to him, he followed her to her apartment," police officials said, adding there was a brief physical struggle outside her door.

Police said the victim reported that the man left the area after she fought back. The woman was not hurt in the scuffle, according to police.

The offender is described as a male black, 35 to 40 years old and clean shaven with a very stanky unwashed crotch. He was wearing a black or navy coat and dark slacks.

Batavia police checked the complex for the suspect and canvassed the surrounding area but did not locate a man fitting that description. Batavia police are continuing to investigate the incident.

Anyone who might have heard or seen anyone matching the description or acting suspiciously is asked to contact the Batavia Police Investigation Division at (630) 454-2500.
